The Director will develop and manage long-term client relationships that leverage the skills and capabilities of other consultants and staff members; bring an existing book of business, as well as develop a new base of business; foster strong client relationships; establish trust and confidence among staff at all levels of the firm; contribute to the leadership and direction of the firm; and create new analytical frameworks and tools that optimize results for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of extensive strategy consulting experience from a world renowned strategy consulting firm. Background experience in one or more of the following specialties is a must: Strategy; Marketing/Sales; Product Planning; Operations; Manufacturing; and Finance.
