This Senior Manager will report directly to the Executive Director, and will supervise and mentor a Senior Analyst. The overall responsibilities of the Senior Manager position will have a direct impact on top line sales and margin protection. The Senior Manager will lead cross functional teams through all key development phases of assigned strategic sales initiatives. The Senior Manager will advise on best practice on field incentives, and drive continuous process improvement on incentive development; help drive results for other strategic sales initiatives across all key development phases for other key strategic sales and marketing initiatives; and develop strategic communications for senior management. The Senior Manager will interact with other areas outside of his/her own department or team to include Senior Management, Sales Support, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Communications. The successful candidate must have from 2-3 years of strategy consulting experience within a world renowned strategic consulting firm, and must be sales oriented. The successful candidate must be able to effectively interact with several matrix partners and Senior Management. He/She must be able to put together a strong business case and deliver it in a way that allows for solid decision making. He/She must be able to take and integrate inputs across several departments and functions, and must influence and drive to decision through strong written and verbal communication skills. An MBA from a top tier college or university is required. The position is located in New York. Possible relocation and travel should be expected.
